Items Eligible for Return

 Products must be purchased on the Hammermill.com website. To be eligible for a return or a refund, the item must be unused in its original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on pallet, bulk deliveries, gift cards, or sale items. We do our best to fulfill your order as requested, and we will notify you if an item is unavailable.

Return Fees & Costs

Non-defective supply returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be completed within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in the original packaging and quantity, and in a condition suitable for resale. You are responsible for the return freight for these items.
